Centralia Foundation Park        

Set on an existing hillside surrounded by trees is a large outdoor ampitheatre known as The Bowl.  Located at the northeast corner of the Joy Fields area of the park, this ground was originally a farm site.  A 120 foot long log pavilion extends across the top of the sloping hilside. Used during Balloon Fest for main stage concerts, this area makes a picturesque setting for weddings and outdoor church services.

The lawn seating can accomodate up to two thousand people. the large boulder placed in the circle drive in front of The Bowl was unearthed from a spot in the park directly to the north of the present IGA store.
